Nora Polley
Stratford: Stage manager of Julius Caesar and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. 2009 marked the 45th year of Nora's association with the Festival. Nora is privileged to have worked with all the artistic directors except Dr. Guthrie. As a student, Nora worked in the box office and exhibition halls. Nora's grandfather, father and siblings all worked at the theatre during its early years. Nora's mother opened her home to Festival guests in the 1950s. Her career has taken her across the country and to America, Australia, Europe and the U.S.S.R.
