Melanie Keller

Stratford: Margery Marchpane in Romeo and Juliet, Maria in Love’s Labour’s Lost and appears in Caesar and Cleopatra. Melanie is a 2007 Chicago Fellow for the Birmingham Conservatory. A Chicago native, Melanie is a member of First Folio and Signal Ensemble theatres. For First Folio, she appeared as Amanda in Private Lives, Bella Manningham in Angel Street and Gwendolen in The Importance of Being Earnest. With Signal, she appeared in The Weir (Jeff nomination, best supporting actress), She Stoops to Conquer, Landslide and Much Ado About Nothing. Other Chicago credits: Hamlet and King John (Chicago Shakespeare), Marathon ’33 (Strawdog) and productions with Next, Breadline and Lifeline theatres. Training: She is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and trained at RADA in London.
