Martha Henry

Martha Henry was a company member of the Stratford Festival, on and off, since 1962. Ms. Henry was born on February 17, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, USA. She was an actress and director, known for Great Performances (1971), Dancing in the Dark (1986) and Three Tall Women (2022). She died on October 21, 2021, in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Directed across Canada. Awards: Ms. Henry has been honoured with Stratford’s Legacy Award, Governor General’s Lifetime Achievement Award and seven honorary doctorates.
