What is StratFest+?
StratFest+ is the Stratford Festival’s official streaming platform for educators and librarians. It provides subscribers unlimited access to a curated library of acclaimed films and series, including Shakespearean classics and contemporary plays adapted for the screen, all designed to support learning.
Who can use StratFest+?
StratFest+ is designed specifically for educators, students and librarians. It is of interest for those teaching or studying English, Drama, Literature, Indigenous Studies or History and will bring professional theatre and arts programming to your institution to enhance curriculum-based learning across many subjects.

How much does it cost?
Our cost structure is in line with the market. We have four customizable tiers, starting from $45/month for 100 users.

How do I get a license for my class or school?
To get started with Stratfest+, you may request a quote so we can ensure the license is tailored to your needs.
Alternatively, you may contact us directly at digital@stratfordfestival.ca and we’ll guide you through the setup process through a free 15-minute demo. You can have full access to the platform the same day.
You may also request a free two-week trial period for you and your colleagues. Contact us to get started.

How do I access the videos?
After subscribing, log in at stratfestplus.ca with your account details. All content is streamed on-demand and organized by title, genre or educational relevance. Access is available worldwide and unlimited – you can play the videos wherever and whenever you wish.
What devices are supported?
Stratfest+ can be accessed wherever, whenever. All you need is an internet connection and a compatible browser.

Can students access StratFest+ on their own?
Yes! Students can access via your institution or university login.
Are there teacher resources available?
Yes! Stratfest+ offers a dedicated “Study Guides and Resources” section. Here, you’ll find:
– Curriculum-aligned study guides for selected productions
– Theatre education modules
– Tools to support both in-class learning and independent student exploration
Can I show a production to multiple classes?
Yes, as long as your license covers the appropriate number of viewers for the screenings. For example, our subscription tiers start at $45/month for up to 100 viewers. If you plan to present to more than one class or group, please ensure you are on the correct tier.
How do I update my billing or account details?
Log into your Stratfest+ account and go to My Account > Billing to update payment info or view invoices. For payment or invoicing support, contact digital@stratfestfestival.ca.
